I always felt that PBS was the most enlightened when it came to news anchors. Gwen Ifill and Judy Woodruff were a great team, and then Woodruff carried the baton admirably on her own. Now she has been replaced by another excellent team in my view: Two people of color, one female and one male. Amna Nawaz and Jeff Bennett are smart, capable young journalists who work well together.
