Beth, you’ve pointed to an important concept: Even in retirement scheduling is key. I think it’s very easy to avoid, ignore or delay any task that is not put on a calendar or ‘to do’ list. While I was glad to leave my deadline-oriented job behind years ago, I learned that setting personal deadlines in retirement works too. Scheduling leisure time is not a crazy idea either! Thanks for the insight.
