All great suggestions, Don. Even so, ageism still rears its ugly head all too often when it comes to seeking work. I know of several folks who have been turned down during final round interviews for an "unknown" reason when it was obviously because of their age. It can be discouraging but some employers are finally coming around and realizing the value of older employees. Let's hope that trend continues as the country's workforce ages.
